Yoga has swiftly become a festival favourite, returning for the fourth festival running this year! Taking place outside the Forum on both Saturday and Sunday mornings, sessions will be led by teachers from different schools, designed to cater for beginners to seasoned yogis. The classes will combine flowing breath and physical postures to create a moving meditation, find a sense of grounding, strength and awareness in body and mind. A playful and uplifting class suitable for all levels that leaves you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Yoga is for everyone!
